A hamlet nestling in the heart of the unspoilt countryside of the South Hams. Spring comes early in Devon with the lanes and hedgerows covered with flowers. Close by is Dartmouth, a historic naval town; Kingsbridge, a little market town at the head of the estuary and Totnes, set above the River Dart with many interesting buildings. All are 15 to 20 minutes drive away. |

The nearest beach is close by at Slapton Sands and other beauty spots are within easy reach. There are opportunities for riding, boating, fishing, yachting and many lovely country walks are there for the taking. There is an impressive golf course just 3 1/4 miles away. There are numerous pubs and restaurants and of course, the famous clotted cream teas! |
