A stunning barn conversion, located in the lovely hamlet of Hutchlerleigh, near Dartmouth. This self catering accommodation includes a swimming pool in season, and beautiful views over the surrounding devon countryside.

A barn conversion with swimming pool in season and beautiful views over the surrounding countryside. Furnished to the highest standard. Large lounge with wood burning stove, widescreen TV, DVD and radio/CD player. Lounge also has a double sofa bed. Steps go up to the kitchen/dining area fitted with full size Neff oven and hob, combi-microwave oven, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. Stainless steel cooking utensils and all the usual items plus iron, ironing board and hairdryers.
A washing machine is also available.

Main bedroom has super king-size or twin beds, other bedroom has bunk beds or 1 single for winter weeks if required. Bathroom with bath and shower.

All duvets, bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided - we only ask you to provide your own beach and pool towels.

Cot with safety mattress (please bring your own bedding) and highchair can be provided.

Electricity, heating and logs included with £35 supplement for winter bookings, November to Easter.

A picnic set is provided and a welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk, sugar and eggs from our own hens will be placed in the Barn for your arrival.
